The titles of Jane Austen’s novels, each transformed into a continuous line drawn between points on a circle. Each point on the circumference of the circle represents a letter within the title so, for example, ‘Mansfield Park’ produces a path from M to A to N to S to F and so on. When a double letter occurs and hence no line is drawn, a series of concentric circles are drawn, getting wider as the same double letter pair occurs.
The rules have been coded with elements of variation such as colour and the amount of curvature added to each line. Each run of the code produces a unique output.
